baby rocks.

We’re back from camping! It was definitely the best year yet. So far our favorite location (camp grounds and site), and with two of our favorite couples. The icing on the cake was Colt having his BFF/GF there to run around with, and watching them play together was so wonderful. 

Lemme tell you though, 8 months pregnant and camping was quite the feat. I feel like such a cool girl though, hanging through it all… swimming in a water hole (well, dangling my feet anyway, it was COLD!), going on a 2 mile hike to a waterfall (down a pretty treacherous hillside and through a riverbank barefoot to cross to the other side), sleeping on an air mattress for three nights, and the only sitting available being a lounge chair… and of course meanwhile still chasing around and tending to a toddler. I mean, I feel pretty good about it all. Next year we’ll have two!!!
